Infra Red Inversion Table
I am thinking of buying one of this company's inversion tables...
https://www.ironman-inversion-tables.com/ironman_infrared_ift_1000.asp
As you can see one of them offers far infra red inversion for a very affordable $199.
Immortal, rkdml, CS any thoughts?

Re: Infra Red Inversion Table
The infrared is a nice touch. Seems a nice thing to try for back pain as well.
Memory foam is always a little worrisome, but still, looks like a nice application for de-stressing,
back realignment, etc.

These seem pretty badass, M. Would you guys (M, CS, or snyyone else) think this could correct some postural problems?

Complexx - It is possible, but it takes some time for the results to stick. These inversion tables really provide great relief for back pain, (at least temporary relief anyway). Usually it requires some time for alignment problems and repeated use for it to start to "stick" for posture problems to improve.

Thank you so much for the response CS. I will most likely buy something like this once I find out where the heck I can put it. Do you think there is a limit to how much something like this can correct ones postural problems? I have a pretty bad posterior pelvic tilt & I'm currently looking for ways to reverse this problem. Thanks!

Re: Infra Red Inversion Table
Gentlemen,
I am doing this for hair growth not posture. Every time I go upside down my hair does better.
I can now flex one arm on one arm handstand push ups, two arms easy.
But this way I can do it for 30 minutes, twice a day...
CS - do you think the infra red will help heal potassium channels and other key things within the spine, which could aid blood flow...
Onwards.

Re: Infra Red Inversion Table
I can do two arm handstand push ups easy, and one arms upside down I can only flex and straighten my arm about 2 inches, but that took years to do....
Sadly I always use a wall.
