I think that the immortal hair regimen is very good but think that a few more things could be added like lifestyle habits...
for example is said that sitting for many hours is not good for insulin sensitivity, other things that might help earthing...any more tips?

researchingeverything - There is so much...Lots of details on various diet strageties and other info in this forum.

Try various searches using the "google" selction within the forum, not the default setting "inside."

I'll mention one idea, which is intermittant fasting. It's not for everyone, but intermittant fasting does cut down on inflammation. If its conducive to your metabolic type, you could eat once per day. This is something that works for me, and usually I just eat once per day.

CS, how many mg of R-ALA do you take with your meal?

What about ALCAR?  And just the one dose of that?

Do you "snack" at anytime throughout the day?

In my opinion proper nutrition should be the base of IH regimen. I myself am trying to overcome my nutritional deficiencis with raw milk( 1 litre per day ). It is cheap and very nutritious, so why not to try.

I'd second CS on trying intermittent fasting. It isn't suited for everyone, rather I should say not everyone is suited for it. There are a lot of factors that will determine whether it works for you. But if you are having any problems at all with nutrient deficiency, insulin sensitivity, energy levels and fatigue, or weight management/body comp. then I'd give IF a try for at least a period of several weeks and see how you feel. It doesn't have to be extreme at first, you can tailor your feed/0 calorie windows to your lifestyle and progress based on the changes you're seeing. I think just starting out with a 6 hour feeding/18 hour no-feed split is a good place to begin. Its not a diet I'm on all of the time, but when I'm feeling shitty and in need of a "cleaning out" I'll do this for several weeks and its a revitalizing experience. After the first few days of acclimating I get used to it and the mental clarity is amazing. If your adrenals are healthy, the rush of hormones during the better part of the day makes you feel very alert, conscious, and on your toes. Not to mention its wonderful sometimes to just gorge on a meal and not have to feel guilty at all. To be honest, sometimes I don't even have the desire for food throughout the day, and it makes it nice to not even have to worry about eating during the day when you're busy with other things. After several weeks or months on the diet I always feel rejuvenated, and "cleaned out" a bit, which to some extent is a real thing.

As a side note, I will eat twice a day on some days. Or during the holidays or when spending time with opposite sex I tend to eat more "normally."

I'll dose stablized R-ALA (100 mg) along with 1,000 mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine per meal....or if it's loaded with junk (refined carbs/sugars), will double that amount. Depends on the indulgence factor.

Occassionally will eat at night (snack) if I didn't eat enough earlier. Usually I will eat enough to prevent this.

Raw milk is great. I only wish it were more accessible in more places.
