SlowMoe. Can You Make Video Of Your Scalp Massages?

Hi,

I do not mean to call you out SlowMoe. But I was wondering can you make a video of you doing the scalp exercises that work best for you? I think it can be hard to follow some times. If you cannot make a video can you give a detailed description of the scalp massage you do? Just curious as im sure many would like to see how you do it since you are maintaining and getting some regrowth Thanks

Its simple I just use my palm or fingertips to push my scalp muscles loose. Sometimes I hold for 3-5 seconds sometimes a half a second it depends. Just grip the scalp muscle area and push it to the top of your head. As often as possible until it loosens up. The strap works awesome it holds the scalp in the loose position and stretches the muscles helping them to relax.

Stretch stretch stretch. I do not massage.

So if I understand correctly, doing daily 5-10min similar to what the man is doing in this youtube link is what will help ??

Also heard of massaging up of the eyebrow in circular motion, where the ears are on sides as well and on the back of head..
