Sulforaphane Glucosinolate... Good for estrogen detox/metabolism?
I would like to quit DIM (I take 1 tablet per day) and switch to Calcium D-Glucarate or maybe some broccoli extract...
Is sulforaphane glucosinolate THAT good for estrogen metabolism?
I´m between:
http://www.iherb.com/Jarrow-Formulas-BroccoMax-Standardized-Broccoli-Seed-Extract-60-Veggie-Caps/4297
http://www.iherb.com/Bluebonnet-Nutrition-BroccoliActive-Broccoli-Extract-500-mg-60-Vcaps/11345
Both deliver the same per cap: 30 mg
I also was wondering if 10mg is enough for that purpose, because this blend looks really good (and cheap!)

Thanks in advance!

not sure about your question, but wanted to chime in with some info i recently read on estrogen.
probiotics, optimizing D, removing toxic metals, removing insulin resistance, and IODINE all contribute towards lowering estrogen.
i was looking up information on Iodine and found that CS said iodine was good for helping to control that.
i found this info from here: https://immortalhair.forumotion.com/t2706-quotes-from-causticsymmetry-2-28-10-10-15-08
use CTRL-F and search for estrogen and read through all his quotes, you'll find some good stuff there to add to your regimen outside of what you are asking here.

Estrogen is good for hair growth though. Like really good. Something I wouldn't want to mess with unless you want to lose hair.
