Need regimen for rapid relief of cold/throat issues

Been going on for 5 days now. Throat hurts, cold is still present...really tired too. Need to be 100% back on track within 3 days. What to do?

Two big things would high dose vitamin C (lyposheric can do wonders, but Pureway C is very good too) and colloidal silver. Just make sure it's quality silver. Sovreign Silver is highly respected and I've used it to help with colds before. You hold it under your tongue and gargle it before swallowing (or you can always spit it out after holding for a while if you're afraid of damaging your beneficial bacteria in your gut, but I always swallow it for further benefit. You can always take some probiotics or fermented food after taking it.

Fasting is also very helpful. It always helps me.

Right on Coumbo! Forgot about ACV! I've never let it sit in my throat however. I'm a singer so the acidity could cause some issues if I have to sing within a couple days of that. One thing I would caution people against if gargling ACV would be to try to avoid it touching one's teeth while doing this as it will eat away at the enamel due to the acidity. I used to sip ACV water at work and suffered some cracked teeth and cavities because of it. Rinsing with clean water immeidately after (or better yet salt water) helps a lot too.
