NOW Prostrate Support

My father has been taking this for a while to help with his prostrate. I had a look at it's details and saw it included the following.

Vitamin B-6 10 mg,
Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 20 mg
Saw Palmetto Extract (Berry) (Serenoa repens) (min. 85% Fatty Acids) 160 mg
Pygeum Extract (Bark) (Pygeum africanum)(min. 13% Phytosterols) 10 mg
Stinging Nettle Root Extract (Urtica dioca) (30 ppm scopoletin) 250 mg
Pumpkin Seed Oil 950 mg †
Lycopene (LYC-O-MATO, Natural Tomato Extract) 3 mg

So I thought I'd see how things would go if I took it from a hair loss perspective. Been using it for about 4-5 weeks and what I've noticed so far is it does seem to make the hair a bit more 'alive'. Hair doesn't seem to be as limp/weak, The negative's are it does seem to give me brain fog and lowers mood. Nothing too bad but at the same time definitely noticeable. I will probably jump off it or maybe lower dose to EOD but I dread to think what would happen if I took something stronger like fin/dut.
