Hey IH and Guys
I have been finding some little white blackhead type things on my scalp, is that sebum or what ever you call it stuff that is bad for the hair?

chapat - Often a consequent of delicious refined food--at least in my experience. A solid probiotic may be able to resolve it.

chapat - That particular stuff is for inflammatory lower GI tract conditions, so it may not necessarily provide the kind of lactic acid bacteria for the skin. Have you had this scalp condition for a while or just recently?

IH it seems like I had this for awhile, I always thought it was just blackheads.

chapat - The actual cause of comedones (blackheads) is diet related, usually refined grains, starches or sugars. But sometimes there's just too much good stuff so what to do? Well, Lactoferrin might work for you.

Is there anything else I can take, I saw your link and I has rice powder and dairy in it. These are some of my food allergies and I'm trying to stay away from them for awhile.
