Hi all,
I have been using IH's Top 6 supplements for almost two months now. I have noticed that hair shedding is sometimes greater and sometimes very little. It seems to cycle every 3 weeks or so, that is, very little for 3 weeks and then more for the next 3 weeks. I'm not sure if I noticed this cycle before I took the supplements, or if it's just some coincidence. Do you know if this is perhaps just part of normal hair shedding cycle or has something to do with the IH supplements? Is higher shedding during this first two month period perhaps a good sign that the old hair is being replaced with new hair quicker during the telogen period?

I also suffer from acne and can say that my acne has now cleared up significantly especially on my back where it was much more prominent before I started taking the IH supplements. The only draw back so far has been unable to put on weight... Smile

Thank you for all your help.

morehair - Hair shedding is on occasional paradox and every once in a while will hit me wondering what is going on and then eventually some weeks later it will normalize.

Weight loss is often a short-term occurrence due to detoxification.

Thanks for the update and hope things progress, since two-months is still pretty early.
