Hi All,

I have been on a strict gluten free and a low glychemic index diet for the past one month. I am also taking IH top 3 during the same time. The thing that is worrying me a lot is that from the past 3-4 days I am losing a lot of hair, more than I ever lost before. It was just scary. Another thing i have to say is that I have also lost 10 lbs during the same period. I haven't exercised (cardio/weights) at all during this time. The weight loss should be because of eating less.

I am missing something here. Please tell me that there is something good coming up. The depression hasn't been greater. Losing soo much even after sacrificing a lot of things I am used to.

Are you eating enough or starving yourself? And are you eating enough protein and fats?
