1. So, if you're over-methylated you'll instantly feel worse when you begin supplementing; if one's under methylated probably feel great but a chance a few days later for detox reaction which could make you feel like crap, that correct?
2. Also, is supplementation an ongoing thing, would it be possible to fix issues with food sources instead?
Cheers

If you run a histamine test, it can be determined if hypomethyation is probable by a histamine level above 70 micro-grams per deciliter
Hypermethylation could occur at below 40 micro-grams per deciliter.
Anxiety is usually falls into the hypermethylation camp.
Other than that, it's not quite that black and white. But low methylation can usually result in feeling good when using the correct supplements, followed by a detox reaction.

Got it, thanks.
There's different tests available on the site I use. Which would be the suitable option...?
Basophil Histamine
Histamine (blood)
Histamine (Urine)
Cheers

Cool interviews, CS, I'm just listening to the Superhuman Radio talk, now. What was said between you and the radio host about hair loss indicating underlying health issues ties in with what I've recently been saying about galea follicles acting as stress indicators. From my own observations I think there is too much evidence to dispute this.

Yes. You probably ran across that info regarding the long hair also. Which seems more like a nervous system/stress indicator.

Are histamine tests useful at all? All i've heard from doctors is histamine fluctuates way too much to get any solid conclusions from tests..
