Intestines might not be absorbing nutrients
What are some of the things that "force" the intestines to absorb all the nutrients from the food source ? Probiotics aren't that effective in this situation..
I am asking this because the days i don't eat that much, my hair seems to get thicker for some reason

No, hair that has grown out (visible hair) cannot change in thickness anymore. So there must be other mechanisms at work. Possibly a change in electric charge; also the arrectores pilorum (arrector pili) may be affected.
