Regrowth with HLAF diet?

Hey guys,

Have any of you experienced regrowth on the Peat inspired DRoddy HLAF diet? I've been on and off it since last January. I don't know what to say really. I've felt really good on the diet, but haven't seen regrowth yet. I've seen tiny vellus hairs on my temples and in other previously thinned areas, but no new terminal hairs. I want my damn hair back. To be fair I smoke and drink beer almost nightly, but when I stick to the diet alone my hair almost always looks great and I feel wonderful. Overall since started this diet, I have really improved both mentally and physically. I want to commit to the diet 100% of the time up from say the 80ish percent I'm at now, but it would help if I saw proof. I've only seen one member state that they had regrowth on here, and that same member posted a troll post later with pics that he was "The Situation" from Jersey Shore. Maybe it was a joke that I didn't get. Whatever. Any proof would be great.

my overall sense of well-being increased dramatically since adopting this diet. skin is clearer, mind is clearer, libido has skyrocketed, etc. as for hair; my hair definitely feels much healthier and softer, mostly after I started drinking tons of raw milk. my shedding issue seems to have stopped as well.
