taking too many pills - is liver having a problem with that?
basically if you're only taking top 6, that's already about 10 pills. I take even more, especially since Vitamin C comes in 1000mg doses and iodine co-factors have three daily servings so that's like eight pills right there alone.
Is there any danger with taking so many pills every single day? Is liver okay with that?

Probably one of the most frequently asked questions over the years.
The short answer is that most if not all of the pills actually enhance liver health.
How it does this is by increasing the synthesis of glutathione, which is the antioxidant responsible for a cleaner liver and
other tissues.

it could just be marketing hype.. but was just curious.
CS, i have a question for you on glutathione actually. i am taking gluthione right now in pill form, but i randomly stumbled upon an advertisment for a gluthione patch that apparently increases absorption greatly. here's the link:
http://lwpatchpartners.com/glutathione.html
this is what they said that sparked my interest as it could be a better way of supplementing with gluthione:
There are other Glutathione supplements on the market, but clinical research shows that common Glutathione pills, powders and drinks only elevate blood Glutathione levels by little more than 10% in 30 days.
Because LifeWave technology is capable of triggering metabolic changes within the cells, our Glutathione Booster has been clinically shown to elevate your blood Glutathione levels by 300% in just 24 hours. Click & read our report.

Most straight glutathione pills are not very effective--very true. Most of the supplements I take allow the body to produce more glutathione (precursors) or they act as epigenetic modifiers that switch on Glutathione producing genes.
The best way I know of to boost GSH levels (better than the patch) is to use this: http://tinyurl.com/9zhx6dq

I was actually about to buy this because the glutathione i bought in pill form is now running out, however this one your recommended has been shown out of stock and won't be into production until 2013 due to the manufacturer! lol. has anyone used the patch and had success with it? i think i might give it a try if no one says anything.. i'd rather spend the extra money then wasting my time with supplements that don't work...
here's what it is: http://lwpatchpartners.com/glutathione.html
or if anyone knows of an alternative i'm all over it.
it looks pretty promising if these results are indeed true: http://lwpatchpartners.com/PDFs/LifeWave-increase_glutathione_levels.pdf (check page 3)
