edony - I have some of this stuff myself and after careful consideration, I found it was best to take it at night before going to bed.

and continue with my usual regimen throughout the day,no need to quit right?

edony - Not sure other than trial and error. It depends on what and how much metals exist in what places. If you sense improvement it would a good idea to continue.
Many of these other supplements have some chelating like effects, but can take time.

Tyler Durden - I recall from reading the patents that the extraction process itself is the reason for the patent. From what I understand it is an expensive process.

Tyler Durden - The brown seaweeds that asians are known to consume would be the equivalent. But perhaps not the concentration we are looking for.

IH when do you take your EC right before a meal or take it than wait? At night can I take I before bed with out eating anything.

chapat - I take one right before my first meal and last meal. If I have not eaten anything for dinner for whatever reason, I will take one before bed.
