anyone want to chime in on binaural beats?
I know a lot of people here like RIFE machines... I also find them interesting, but have never tried one. However, a while back I discovered some literature about binaural beats being able to affect the brain. I tried it out for a few weeks but eventually stopped due to headaches developed. I was probably using the frequencies at incorrect at incorrect times to be honest. Anyways I was curious if anyone has firsthand experience?
I remember one frequency around 1.05 that supposedly stimulated the pituitary gland to help grow hair.

It has helped me with sleep, concentration and reduction in stress. The only affect it may have had for hair is helping to reduce stress.

i dont know much about these things so take my comments with a grain of salt, but i dont trust things like this. nor do i trust hypnotism
(at least hypotism recordings), or playing around with brain wave frequencies to change mood, perceptions, sleeping patterns etc, also known as i dosing or digital drugs.
i think its dangerous, and u dont know wat effects to expect since we all have different brain wiring. ( u could trigger schizophrenia or phychosis.)
the dangerous part is not knowing how to reverse the effects, if they r unwanted.
although u can reverse a stimulatory frequency by playing the relaxed frequency, (i cant find these right now, but i assure u, it is well known which ones are stimulating and which are relaxing.
just my opinion though, i think rife is interesting, but not game to try it.
i just think these sorts of things need more research before conclusions are drawn.

sublime,
what frequencies list do you use?
anxious,
i doubt the effects will be permanent, the brain seems smart enough to function at normal without the stimulation. lol yeah i agree more research should be done, but people probably like to view it as some kind of voodoo.
