Re: Rhodiola rosea
Cpio, I started taking it a few months ago. About a month ago I got into this " I take way too many supplements " mood, and dropped it. BIG mistake. The effects are subtle, and you will only see them gradually. I noticed a couple of weeks after I dropped it that I was wandering into rooms and not remembering why I was there, not having an appropriate word at the tip of my tongue, etc.
I may have brain fog due to my autoimmune disease, and this supplement is a huge help. I am taking it along with Bacopa, which I feel is useful also. I'm just not sure which one make me feel mentally sharp. Maybe they work in concert, I don't know.

I am taking NOW 500 mg 3% standard extract, 1% salidrosides. Just one capsule. I was taking New Chapter 300 mg. 1 capsule. I'm not sure the NOW is as good, but I haven't been taking it long enough to compare. Bacopa is Bacopa Gold, 500 mg. 1 capsule.

Hey Cpio,
I have been very interested in this herb as well. If you decide to take it would you mind keeping this thread updated and letting us know what your results are, good or bad?
