I'm curious if anyone has tried this for mood and energy/endurance support. It extends the lifespan of mice by 10% as well, and it is an MAOI. Reported to work well for depression/anxiety and endurance sports/activities.

Hey Paradox,
From my experience it does what you've said...makes you feel good, relaxed and very switched on at the same time. It also made me feel like I could go on for ever at the gym.
The problem I have with it is that it is estrogenic. When I take it I get sensitive nipples after a couple of days.
I don't think this would be a problem for many, but it is something to be aware of. No harm in giving it a shot...

Ataman,
Thanks a lot. I had no idea it was estrogenic. I'll have to look into that. I just ordered some so I will see what it does. I have adrenal fatigue- low cortisol, so I have to be careful about supplements that are too stimulating or lower cortisol. From what I have read Rhodiola seems to be an adaptogen, so hopefully it will help. I have read great things about Relora as well, but it lowers cortisol.
