Dark circles under eyes

Is there anything out there that helps with this? Thanks

Someone said rejuveplex got rid of their dark circles.

i understand dark circles as a symptom of hypothyroidsm/insuficient blood flow. By that you have a lot things to do - exercise, look healthy fixx for thyroid issues, even natural vasodilators as ginko and vinpocetine might help then there is allways hot/cold therapy (not to cold to save small capillares), violet ray (wouldnt suggest it near eyes area), etc. Get to work:)

Rejuveplex might be good, but i am sceptical about alcohol which can go in the eye. Try not to inflame it...

I guess the low circulation makes sense because my friend has generally low blood pressure...has to stay away from wine because it drops their blood pressure. Can hypo thyroid be related to low blood pressure? My friend brushes teeth about 5 times a day I wonder if flouride can be a factor. Thanks for any input.

Hey. According to Ray Peat dark circles (and stuffy nose) are symptoms of an allergy. They may vary with the amount of undigested food in the intestines. I think that´s the best explanation you can get. I´ve got circles myself and i know that they´re closely related to digestive problems. If your digestion is slacking, undigested food that moves down into the intestines can feed the wrong bacteria etc. which produce endotoxins. These endotoxins are known to cause all type of inflammatory responses...
