your hairloss is similar to mine. My hairs on the front of my scalp are smaller and lighter as well. i have obtained a stabilisation with vitamin b, brushing and massage. I also had stress, but I don't believe that much in supplements when you are healthy (like me, I don't know about you).
The best way to help with stress or depression is sport. I went once to a psychologist and he told me it has a very strong antidepressing effect. Bringing structure in my life, do sport and relaxation techniques brings stress down and helped me very much.
And I have asked some girls if they notice the hairloss; for them, hair is not the biggest factor in cases like you, where the hairloss is still relatively moderate. We look and worry much more about it than they do so don't worry Wink

Thank you for your response. Since you're less stressed, you have noticed an improvement? (Regrowth, thickening thin hair?)
Were you often tense? Anxious? My heart often beats faster, constant stress, this feeling that we will never get out ... I shall give the sport and I started meditation. I also expect my order with capsules recommended by CausticSymmetry to reduce stress.
thank you

I want a way to reduce the production of sebum, my hair is greasy very quickly, they are fragile and easily fall. I use emu oil + coconut, jojoba oil, acv but that does not regulate the production of sebum from the inside, solutions?

Thank you for your reply,
I am currently taking vitamin D but not of vitamin A.
I noticed after the second day without shampo, my scalp pulling me on top of the skull, and the hair falls out there.
Do you have any solutions?
Due to stress or oily hair?

Since i'have lost a lot about 9months thickness. Gulfs havemy back, most of my hair were refined. I would say that is different from the inflammation, because inflammation Pique but more a feeling of pulling scalp, and several hair fall at this place when I pass my hand. Some of my hair fall out, as have the hulls of follicules.
I can see my scalp now 9months while before I did not see it, the hair is thin and weak. I still have massage, head down, rollertamps (since 1month) over my REGIM. Ans begin meditation for the stress.

My hair is fine and wavy, it looks like straw ... very hard to style, not soft at all. Any idea what could cause this?
I continue LLT, my diet, manual methods, head down, dermastamps (0.5)
I ordered the powder as K-Max (ecobell) I wanted to know if it was not bad for the scalp? thank you

I know you take Vit. D but have you had your levels tested? It takes a long time to get levels up!

I have not tested my levels, I take the view vitamin D 2 months since I took this one on Iherb "Now Foods, Vitamin D-3 & K-2, 1,000 IU / 45 mcg,"
Why lose behind the ears? This is not the area affected by MBP usually?

Moreover, for 2 years my hair started to thin, has become weaker, effect of straw, they do not grow long and are fragile.
I see people suffering from MBP their hair remain normal, mine are bad. For what reasons?
thank you

It could be a lot of things. Maybe... lack of adequate protein? Iron? Thyroid? Vit D levels? and more. Only you will find out when you explore with real tests with appropriate professional(s). Keep up the search for answers.
