Sorry, I know it's a bit self-indulgent I just wanted to post this somewhere where I can get my thoughts straight in my head, get a bit of feedback, and express this somewhere that is intelligent and open-minded.

Basically, my body is still f***ed Sad

I am starting to agree with CS that the problem with me may in fact not be just genetic MPB. OR just collagen degradation triggering MPB. OR just protein deficiency causing collagen and muscle degradation causing MPB. I think the problem here just has to be to do with general health and digestion, probably including malabsorption.

I believe that this can then explain the intermittent stomach cramps (and diarrhea Sad ), skin and muscle degradation, hair loss... nearly everything that has kicked off in the last year and a half. It's like my health was perfect, perfect, perfect then BANG everything goes wrong all at once.

The only thing I truly can't tie in is my increase in body hair I have experienced, my arms and legs, chest, etc. Could this ordeal have simply shifted my sex hormone balance?

Wow, so in summary my body is a mess ._. But as time goes on I'm gradually understanding more and more. Perhaps it was all that gluten I was eating, maybe it just finally got the better of my digestive system and pushed things over the edge.

I think I was close with the skin problem being tied in, and protein being tied to skin, but I think CS you were right that the underlying REASON for these things is probably malabsorption.

Dude, what a mess. I'm going to keep learning, and pop to my doctor's soon as well.

Sorry to bore people with all this again, I just want to kind of catalogue my learning i guess and put it all down somewhere.

Cheers guys,

Hoppi
