ocean water for the hair

So, sea water has a lot of salts and minerals which definitely aid in healing. Could it be beneficial to scalp health or regrowing hair?

Mastery has mentioned it a few times.

Should I be submerging my head in the ocean, esp after inducing wounding with stuff like dermarolling. lol

I do it every day. It seems to work, as no hairs ever come out when I comb it after the sea water is in it and the new hairs do start coming through.

But then after a few months/weeks of regrowth I get cocky and eat sugar and fuck, I shed again. (I'm hoping the RIFE I have begun will get to the root casue of that intolerance to pathgen feeding foods like sugar, as jdp found)

For now I am determined to never touch sugar again.

Overall, I think dunking your head or swimming in ocean water has a pheonomenal effect, especially if the water is very cold.
