CS: Pea Protein
CS,
I am not a vegetarian/vegan but there is some impressive studies on this regarding individuals who have trouble digesting/absorbing other proteins sources due to allergies. It's quite economical also...what's you're take?

Re: CS: Pea Protein
The study was with patients with Candida who had trouble with Dairy and they were using Saccharomyces boulardii and Pea protein to restore health and the results were good. This was years ago at the chiropractor when I use to read the medical magazines while waiting for my adjustment.

Re: CS: Pea Protein
isaac - Pea protein is high in Lysine, but is low in other amino acids. So usually if you find a protein that based on Pea protein, you'll no doubt find it coupled with something else, such as Hemp protein or Brown rice protein to compensate for it.
Either one of those combination is excellent for digestion.
For example, this one is available in both Chocolate or Vanilla and is made with both Hemp and Pea Protein.

Re: CS: Pea Protein
What about purchasing the Pea protein and Brown Rice protein separately then combining them? I doubt Hemp ingredients would pass customs in my country.
Thanks
