Daily intake of supplement: What & when
How would you portion the following supps during the day in order to maximize uptake and minimize bloating etc?
Taking all of them at once..is probably not a great idea.
How would group (morning, mid-day and evening) the following supps and why?
500 mg broccoli Extract
200 mcg Methylselenocysteine
2250 mg magnesium chelate
10 000 IU cholecalciferol + 180 mg K2
400 mg Olive Leaf Extract
60 mg zinc orotate
8 mg Astaxanthin
1000 mg krill oil
250 mg Green Tea Physosome
550 mg Niacinamide
500 mg Bio Span+
1000 mg fruit skin Extract
Wholefood multivitamin Iron Free
Any general advices are also welcomed.

Did you notice anything from astaxanthin? I think it made my eyes (not eye sight) clearer

I would take the Vit D3, astaxanthin and green tea in the morning.

Misirlou - Are you taking this much 2250 mg magnesium chelate? That is quite a lot.
If so, would reduce the amount to 400 mg once per day with meals.
Some people are sensitive to Niacinamide and do better on half that dose. Try 250 mg per dose instead.
Everything I would suggest to take with food.
