IH: Iodine intake Empty IH: Iodine intake

I have been taking Iosol for 3months now, and was wondering what is the correct dose and fluid to take it in.

I currently add 4drops to a glass of orange juice in the morning. This seems to disguise the taste. However is this the best way and amount to be taking.

Also I am supplementing curcumin/ resveratrol in the pm. Should I be adding selenium to my regime??

Regards

Coco

coco - The amount of iodine needed can of course differ, but for general purposes, what you're taking is probably fine.
However, if you observe any thyroid problems, it may need more. An iodine loading test can determine this.

It is quite important to be taking selenium, because a shortage of either one can undermine the thyroid and other tissues.

CS,
Do you take all drops at once or one drop a few times per day? How long is the optimal waiting time to eat something, before and after iosol use?
