Rosacea Treatment
I've had persistent cystic acne and Rosacea for the last year. I've been on and off Doxycycline three times. It has worked (tho it's wreaked havoc on my hair) for a while but then the Rosacea returns.
I take the following:
Probiotic
RALA & ACL 2-3 times per day
Resveratrol
Ecklonia Cava (from Nidhogge)
NAC
Magnesium 400 mg 2x per day
DMAE
DIM 100 mg
OptiZinc 25 mg
Sulfurophane
Any tips? I'm dying here. Hair loss and bad skin does not make me a happy man.

Re: Rosacea Treatment
Have you thought about getting laser treatments done? I would recommend IPL, immediately followed by Laser Genesis if they have it.
Also, this is an informative page in terms of its recommendations for topicals: http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/treatments/a/Rosacea.htm

Yes I've looked into it but my insurance won't cover it.

I cannot enough stress the importance of meditation or at least really getting emotionally stabilized.
On top of this, I would most certainly add zinc.

Re: Rosacea Treatment
Couple years ago it appeared to be caused by small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) but now appears to be more closely linked to chlymadia pneuomoniae or at least a percentage of cases which is a nasty pathogen.
While I'm not recommending antibiotics, at least it gives you a direction to look into.
