I was tracking some of the front hairs on my forehead, one of them was right next to a freckle a few months ago. Now, I looked at it and confirmed today it is like 1/4" long, a dying hair, and soon will be gone Sad

Try not to study your hairline in the mirror. It's only going to stress you out more.

Yeah it's pretty difficult. Same thing when it comes to noticing other guys' thinning hair and receding hairlines. I've noticed an improvement in my sense of well-being when I make a conscious effort to avoid this obsessive behavior.
