My hair looks great
Hi guys,
last few weeks I'be been experimenting with hair dyeing products. I have used henna with cofee and homemade topical: coconut oil, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, some "lighter" oil as a basis, tea tree oil and biotin+vitamin B6 powder.
I have dark bown hair with receding hairline (NW2) and little bit diffuse thinning in MPB area.
After dyeing with henna and (2x) and regular using of my topical, my hair looks really good. The thickness has improved and my hair turned into bit darker colour, also my scalp feels pretty good. I style it with natural hair gel and I am happy with it.
I know dying is not a permanent solution, but I feel much better that succes. I mean I am really happy right now

Re: My hair looks great
Hi Quisque,
I have been thinking of using a henna dye myself as it seems to be pretty hair friendly. When you say you used henna with coffee, does this mean you found a henna product with coffee in it, or you've added your own coffee? If you have added your own coffee, in what amount. This interests me because if topical caffeine is a growth stimulant, it could be two birds with one stone.
Thanks.

Re: My hair looks great
I just substituted coffee (the same as I sometimes brew) for the water.
To be honest, I am really skeptical of influence of caffeine on hair growth.
