My god guys, it is happening!

New healthy dark hair sprouting out of my hairline and everywhere on my NW5 area (I'm a pure diffuse thinner, remember), it's only been a month that I'm taking Iodine, but...this shit really doing something, it's not very impressive yet, but the results are there, it has never happened before, I mean I scarcely notice hair regrowing, and these one are pretty thick!

To be honest, I was quite skeptical, why would the Iodine work? then I remembered all my problems began at 14, when I began eating junk almost 4 days of the week loaded with sugar, trans fats and... bromide, this is the time I began to get acne for the first time, then hair loss quickly kicked in at 17. Not to mention the extreme fatigue I experienced despite a good sleep pattern and of course my episodes of depression. Sometimes my heart would ache while I was eating junk, I remember all that. Every year, I spend two months at the coast, eating seafood, loading on the Iodine in the air, and every year, I was relieved of all these symptoms . Never made the connection :p.

I know it's a little early to make any conclusions, but could the Iodine supplementation be MY magic bullet in my fight against hair loss?

Out of interest, did you have any digestive issue like me? Because with all the stuff you were taking they would have been nuked lol

But maybe you're a bit young to have the same prob as me (I got it at 24)

I could Hoppi, I could, you can't even imagine the shit I've been eating from 14 to 19 years old, I'm sure even in the USA they don't have these junk foods, I'm talking about what we call here "durum pitta", "kebab" etc. google them lol, and yes I've had digestive issues, no wonder with what I was eating .
