So confused about amino acids amounts in whey protein shakes..
In this book im reading it says that too much aspartic acid glutamic acid serine and tryptophan can all be bad for you and that cysteine can be toxic if taken in amounts over 1000 mg per day.....
in my whey shake there is like 900 mg of cysteine and over 1000 mg of serine and 2823 mg of aspartic acid....... I am freaking out because Ive had two servings of the powder per day before. How do you even find a protein powder with the right/best amounts of the amino acids?

Every whey protein contains a ton of what you just listed. If that bothers you don't consume whey.
1000mg cysteine is not toxic btw. A large steak would have roughly 1500mg.
