I've spent time up north, and other places in Canada with high concentrations of Native Communities, I can definitely say that they used to have good diets ... a lot of them not so much anymore. I serve a lot of them at work, the ones I serve eat just like any regular joe.

As I understand it, traditional Inuits ate very appropriately for their metabolism (type) and despite their relatively low vitamin C intake, they had extremely low cardiovascular mortality rates.

I echo A > R, the one's today just eat the typical food (processed).
