Is the relation between stress-induced increase in prolactin resulting in increased DHT an important one?

Chasteberry is mighty low down on the regime list compared to Sensoril and Cayenne, but might be equally or more important! (?)

If I recall correctly, IH said a long time ago that Chasteberry could easily be in the "Top 6".

If sugar cravings or alcohol cravings exist, or have potential low thyroid it can be a sign of excess prolactin. Chasteberry would then be worth taking.

CS, could be a little off topic, but I bought the cayenne capsules, whenever I take them, I get a burning sensation in my stomach. I took them like 4 days but the feeling was always there, so I stopped taking them. I am not sure if cayenne is the sole reason for that, because I take it in breakfast together with cod liver oil, alc/ala, biotin, vitamin C and zinc. Before the breakfast I take fibroboost, maca and lignans.

Nuada - It is definitely the cayenne and can take some getting used to. Use the smallest amount with food (1) capsule, and eventually it maybe better tolerated.

Europe its too early to tell, imo. Its only been a month, actually I added ALC/ALA recently. But other than cayenne's burn feeling in my stomach, I didn't have any disturbing side effects.

Oh, I almost forgot, there is also the dry throat issue, I experience it when I wake up. I think it was discussed on the forums before, and people said that it might be because of COD liver oil If I am not wrong. I also tend to pee more than usual, however I am not sure if it is linked to my regimen.
