Hair Loss article on HealthyFixx
Danny Roddy wrote up an article about his thoughts on diet's role in hair loss and Brian added a counterpoint about the importance of supplementing with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Many of you know their views on the subject but it's a worthwhile read.

Re: Hair Loss article on HealthyFixx
Good article! I think diet is both more effective and cheaper than the supplement way but who wants to hold strict diet? :p A good mix between the two is the way to go, I think.

Re: Hair Loss article on HealthyFixx
pancacke - I also think a perfect diet is very hard to stick with 100%, but if the primary problem foods are avoided for the most part, the supplements will work better.
