I've tried at least 10 different brands of DHEA ... regular ... not Keto-7 over the years.

Half said on label ... take on empty stomach away from food.
Half said ...take with a meal.

I've heard that DHEA needs 'fat' to absorb properly.
I've also heard the opposite... better to get right to blood stream ... even sublingual... no food or fat involved.

Any final answer??

Gromit137 - No fat or food required. It will absorb just fine and probably better without food.
