curcumin molcecular isolate

I dont feel that the curcumin molecule is absorbed very well .. Anyone else share that experience?
Spruce lignan has made a comeback!

are there any studies on high amounts of curcumin being counterproductive? maybe its absorption prevents proinflammatory? i havne't experimented with high amounts of tumeric yet but small amounts seems beneficial
