R-Lipoic Acid 6 times a day?

The bottle says 2 pills daily, but on the regimepage it says with every meal. With 6 or 7 meals a day I'm a bit worried I might overdose? Whats the maximum safe amount daily and should I take it even with snacks or lowsugar meals?

I pretty much eat a clean diet having grass fed meat, omega 3 enriched eggs, lots of veggies and a diet devoid of gluten, casein and grains. Hence I use R-ALA 100 mg and Alcar with my postworkout shake only. So far so good.

Does trader joes and whole foods sell grass fed meat? I saw on some of the labels "vegetarian fed" but not sure if that means grass fed. What about chicken?

Whole foods and TJ sell grass fed as well as the regular meat.

I wouldn't believe McDonald, but these fast food restaurants seem to be more "refined" in other countries. I don't know anything about Austria, maybe yours is a country where people have more power and rights than here in the US so corporations actually have to offer healthy food. Here in the US it's all about the money, not people's health.

wholefoods is not a good corporation, i try to avoid them and opt for a local coop, which has much more organic products and is priced similarly or better than whole foods.

I think 2-3 times a day is adequate.

If you eat once per day, you can take it once or twice per day. If you eat six or seven meals in a day, then take it three times (during the largest meals only).

McDonalds uses available meat of that country. Not all countries rely on industrial style, grain-fed cows.

Eating at Mcdonalds late in the night gives me kind of a hangover the next morning, so there's other stuff in their food.
