Kombucha tea

Has anyone had any experience with Kombucha tea, either good or bad?
I ask because I've read some reviews on various websites of people claiming it restored
there original hair color and also some claim hair regrowth.

i have not used it personally,but i have read alot of articles about saying it will regrow and restore hair color.it does work very similar to raw apple cider vinegar.i have read some amazing stories about kombucha tea.i do know what the vinegar is doing for me.many wonderful benefits from it.

I have been making kombucha tea for a few months now. I'm not sure about the benefits regarding hair, but it has resulted in me drinking less regular tea or coffee so I guess that is good.

Are you interested in topical or internal use?

I've not used it yet and not willing to drink it. Because it's made from fermentation by bacteria. But heard about the rejuvenating power.
