Inflammation Insanity. Empty Inflammation Insanity.

Post  Guest Sat Jun 19, 2010 10:09 pm

As of late, I've been taking practically the entirety of the regimen including beta sis to take care of possible biotoxins. However, over the last few days, I've been having non stop inflammation that actually kind of hurts and it's annoying the hell out of me. Not only that, I was shaking my hair later last night only to discover 50 + hairs fall out like nothing. Any ideas as to what brought about these inflammation episodes as well as mass sheds? I was kind of thinking bromide toxicity, but I've been laying off on the iodine for a day or so and I didn't think it caused inflammation. Diet has been in check for the most part. Also, anyone still having positive results on the kefir topical? I still have massive sheds occasionally and was thinking of trying it. Any other suggestions are welcome, stopping the shed and inflammation is my priority.

Thanks.

Inflammation Insanity. Empty Detox.

As I understand it the regimen touted by this site is very helpful in detoxification, if I'm not mistaken then instigating such a sudden flush of nasty stuff from your body could actually cause further damage and inflamation, unless you slow down or instigate some sort of other measure to flush yourself out faster (colon cleanse for example).

I could be quite wrong though, but the perfect analogy to me would be stirring up the mud on the bottom of a river. Stuff get's pretty thick and foreboding really quickly.

couple dropperfuls topically will stop inflammation in about an hour

Taking 5 of these also works well IME... probably fastest supplement.

This one hasn't been confirmed by others yet but "JCrows 2%" Iodine has a good track record. The iodine you'll want to apply at night as will stain skin for about 12 hours.
