It's a proper good feeling! Like putting together this killer combo not just for my hair but for my longevity and general wellbeing.. I can totally understand why CS and so many other people do it now, or at least understand it in my own way! heh

Like I'm really proud of everything on there, but if I discover things I like more then I'll drop other things, and just like keep tweaking it and improving it... probably for the rest of my life! And I'm learning much more all the time, so I understand my body much better and know what it probably needs and probably doesn't!

Hoppipolla - On your page, you mentioned Ketoconazole. Lithium orotate, (lithium chloride too) will beat ketoconazole. Lithium in the natural form (not the prescription form carbonate) works quite well. The only caveat is that according to one study, some 13% get an inflammatory reaction to it, which has proved to be true--although most can take it without any problem.

Where do you purchase lithium?.

Is there any medicinal shampoos with have it or does it have to be made?.

So, you think that lithium orotate will beat my herbal combo? I really do think keto's success is down to it's anti-DHT/androgen and anti-inflammatory/bacterial/fungal properties! Maybe I'm behind the times with my tea tree and grapefruit seed extract and stuff!
