IH--Can you reccommend another Krill Oil

Swansons is currently backordered on theirs and I'm not sure what other brand to buy. I could get it there or iherb or anywhere that matter. Just want to make sure I get a good brand.

Swansons is the best deal, but I'm already running low at 3g a day and can't wait much longer.

Ya man, the 3g a day HAS to be a killer...that's 3x the normal amount I'll take, and at my rate, it lasts 3 months for 2 bottles. At yours, 1 month!

It's a temporary deal, that is taking 3 grams per day.

Yeah, I'm just planning on doing it for a month or two tops and then tapering it down.

IH -- That goes the same with the high dose Lecithin too, correct? Or do you always take 4 of those with each meal?

You can do the Lecithin temporarily as well. I've been taking for heavily at the same dose for about 4 months or so, I really dig it.

Are u still using Lecithin ?Can you post a link w the product you use?

Since i 've probably missed or overlooked some threads ,can you explain why it -even temporarily- is a part of your regimen? Where does it help?
