Xylitol/Sea Salt/Calcium Lactate mouth rinse for safe & effective teeth care

Theorically, this should stabilize the mouth's pH, inhibit bacteria and provide calcium for remineralization.
As you can see, this is free of glycerin and fluoride. You can do this after each meal or whenever you need to clean your mouth. Combine this with CS's technique of cleaning your teeth with a tissue of paper and your ready to go... I'll be trying this.

I tested my mouth's pH after using this, and it becomes alkaline (no surprise). The only thing that I'm not using is calcium lactate since I don't have it on hand.

Little Fighter,
I've been using a Xylitol toothpaste I get from iherb, chewing Xylitol gum and putting it in the resevoir for my water pick. Combining that and oil pulling with coconut oil in the morning, my mouth is in the best condition it's been in years.
I'm going to make a rinse of this Xylitol/Sea Salt combo. Just have to get the calcium lactate somewhere.
