Hello everyone

I wonder if anyone has truly benefited from IH's regimen? I'm trying to go natural as well but on http://www.freewebs.com/immortalhair/mycurrentregimen.htm there seems to be SO much to take!

Is it working for anyone of you?

Thank you and have a great hair day

hairforever--i'm definitely seeing some improvements. Less shedding and my hair is thicker. That's with only 3 and a half weeks of use. Also on the topical as well. i'm positive that in the next two months, i will be seeing some regrowth.

Hi GoodThings, do you use everything listed there? There's like more than 20 of them!?

Hey Hairforever

Ive been on the top 6 of the regimen for about a month, though ive phased it in gradually, starting with the top 3. Hasnt done much yet, but it has improved my skin alot. It seems like there isnt any uniform regimen that works equally for alle people, youre kinda on your own to select exactly what to use, as everyone has their own specific insufficiencies. The top 6 is a good point of departure though, the full list includes all kinds of minerals and vitamins also, which may be useful but not essential. Its important to know that no supplement will work in its intended way if you have significant candida overgrowth, so there could be a process that you must go through before your "good to go" with the supplements. I myself am still trying to get this under control so I guess you cant speak of any progress before the monster of candida is gotten ridden of. Controlling your diet is also a prerequisite for results, and this is the biggest challenge if you ask me. It all seems like alot of work at first, but once your into the whole thing you kinda feel like theres no turning back to good old ignorance:)

and to add;
right now im using:

the top 6
15mg zing
lithium orotate orally
sensoril
green tea
Dr ohirras probiotics'

Seems alot, but i just make a couple of weeks worth of dosages for the morning in tiny ziploc bags, that way I dont have to fiddle with all the different containers in the morning.

hairforever--i do not use every one of the vitamins and minerals on the list. I was only using fish oil and black currant oil for about 3 months prior to the top 6. I am still using fish oil and black currant oil along with the top 6. I also use green tea, mag orotate, msm, biotin, and selenium. I am going the include P5P and a good B-complex for the next 2 months before adding anything else.

I take virtually everything on the list and have been doing so for quite a few months now. I also take Ainterol's Pueraria Mirifica, Magnascent Iodine along with 2 tabs of Iodoral a day, Magnesium Oil (puremagoil.com), Wairora's Liquid Zeolite, and a few other things on top of the laser helmet. My hair has been gradually improving and I don't really have hairloss outside of anything any non-MPB'er would have these days. Very optimistic! Smile
