I've been getting cold easily lately

I don't understand why. My diet has been bad but could that be it?
Also my legs and arms/hands tend to fall asleep easier. I am a 25 y/o male trying to fight hairloss(unsucessfully it seems) Currently I am not using any supplements.
I'm going to try the basal temp. test in the AM and get back to you guys.

My average Basal body temperature taken with an electronic thermometer was 96 F over 5 non back to back days.
Is there something else that could be causing this other than hypothyroid? Is poor circulation considered a syptom of hypothyroid bc I have not seen it listed anywhere?
What dosage of Swansons Iodine should I start with?
