Essential oils? Empty Re: Essential oils?

Hi Bocor - I have very good results with essential oils. My favorite is rosemary. I mix on the palm of my hand one spray of magnesium oil, jojoba oil (size of a small nut), 5 drops of rosemary and 2 drops of lavender. I apply on wet hair (dried a little bit with a towel) and I cover with a hat for at least one hour. I do that either in the morning or the evening or both.
Several times a week, I replace jojoba oil with papaya oil or a very good hair lotion (stinging nettle/amino acids...). On a side note, I should say that adding the magnesium oil (I have it in a spray bottle and that is very convenient) to the mixture is the best thing I have done recently for my hair.

I encourage you to experiment with different dosages to find out which one is good for your hair. Start maybe with 2 drops of each essentail oils and increase a little with time (I never use more than 5 drops of rosemary).

Let us know...

Malik
