Brain Fog relapse on IH top 6? Empty Brain Fog relapse on IH top 6?

Post  Noximous Thu Nov 19, 2009 5:06 am

Hey everyone,

I used to use propecia a few years back. A couple of months into my treatment I started experiences pretty severe brain fog and fatigue. I felt like I couldn't think, when I would be reading my text for school I felt as if I was reading the words but not attaining any information from them.

I got off propecia and a few months later my brain fog slowly dissipated. I started to lose more hair after I got off the drug and decided I would try to attack my hairloss in a more natural way. I started taking IH top 6 about 2 1/2 months ago and now I feel like the brain fog might be making a return. The only things I'm on are IH top 6 and a 300 diode laser helmet. I ran a search through the forums and didn't find anyone complaining about brainfog while on the top 6. Does anyone know if any of the supplements in my regime could be triggering this?

Thanks

Noximous

Noximous - It could be attributed to a hypoglycemic effect, it's usually temporary. Are you using Stabilized R-Lipoic acid or standard alpha lipoic acid?

CS,

I'm using stabilizied R-Lipoic Acid. Also, I forgot to say that I'm using revita shampoo as part of my regime, I don't know if that's worth mentioning though.

Noximous - Revita shouldn't present any problem.

Try switching to standard alpha lipoic acid and see if that makes any difference. There are some users who get a hypoglycemic effect from stabilized R-Lipoic acid. The dose of ALA should be higher, because it's not as strong, opt for 200 to 500 milligrams of ALA.
