CS-

I am continuing my heavy metal detox with Toxguard by Jarrow. I am getting severe brain fog from 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night. Would you recommend stopping the detox or if the brain fog is tolerable to continue with the detox? Basically is there any harm in continuing the detox even if I am getting brain fog?

1..... - Try a break from MCP, and try upping the iodine and see if you see any improvement.

Not sure, but I'd hope that isn't the case because it's supposed to tightly bind to the metals. I have an interest in this too since my Toxguard arrived today.

I feel ok on this so far. The only difference I've noticed is a change in urine to a deeper, more coloured shade. I'm hoping this is excretion of bad stuff and not just expensive piss. This link gives some detailed info on detox supplements, including Toxguard:
