after some research there are a few things i want to add into my regimen with the top6.

These include serrapeptase, lysine, co-q10, arginine pyro. Im just unsure wether any of these shouldnt be taken with the top6. With meals, or on there own.

Hey, man. I'm sure others will chime in but, in my case, I take lysine on an empty stomach. I took arginine pyro a few times when I was on fin but I don't take it anymore.

I'm on a few other things aside from IH6 and, so far, so good. I shed right after quitting fin but now it's stabilized big-time.

I just started healing my exhausted adrenals and the supplements haven't conflicted with IH6 at all.

IH had advised that the arginine pyro needs to be taken on an empty stomach preferably before bed. You shouldn't take it if you just ate something.

cuebreeze - Arginine pyroglutamate can cause skin eruptions on the scalp. This sort of arginine is resistant against lysine (does not block each other), but any extra lysine is complementary to taking it. The combo can boost GH release, but as hadrion pointed out, it should be taken on an empty stomach and especially without any carbohydrate consumption.

so argenine and lysine can be taken at the same time. And it would be best on an empty stomach before bed?

cuebreeze - You might not really need these. "AP" is good if you're on a strong 5-AR inhibitor or need an extra boost in libido. The combo of AP and Lysine can increase pituitary growth hormone release, but this may not be an advantage is your not pushing multiple decades.

I take serrapeptase and the bottle specifically says to take them away from meals. I take three first thing before my morning shower.
