cleaning bed sheets (how often) germs etc

Even tho ive had this hairloss obsession for a few years now i have only recently considered germs on my bed and clothes etc.
Im just curious to how often people should wash there sheets etc. Also how often to wash hats and anything else that has germs.
These germs etc could not be good for the hair while we sleep right?
Just seeing if anyone has some good info

are there any chemical free sprays for eliminating germs?
I saw a eucalyptus oil one that kills 99.9% germs and is chemical free.

Im kind of obsessed with the cleaniness of especially my pillow case every 2 or 3 days, but i honestly doubt there is much correlation unless there are mites or bedbugs on your bed.
