JDP - Mag Oil Question
Hey,
So I've been using mag oil from pure mag oil.com for almost 3 weeks - today when I sprayed it on myself, all of it didnt absorb, in a few places it sat on my skin and became white and ashy/flaky....I am spraying 2-3 times in and around each armpit - Am I using too much? Is this normal?
Thanks.

Re: JDP - Mag Oil Question
Hi Raxe,
Here's a quote from puremagoil showing how much magnesium is in each spray
"Using 4 to 6 sprays of Magnesium Oil under each arm, armpit and sides of the body.
184,000 mg. / z. Bottle = 115 mg per spray
115 mg per spray/ 8 sprays per day (Minimum Recommended) = 920 mg per day"
http://www.puremagoil.com/suggested_use.htm
The magnesium chloride also eventually dries to a white powder. How fast it dries probably depends on how smooth your skin is. You see, I've noticed that some days it dries fast to a white powder while other days it never seem to. I believe it's because of the differences in hyaluronic acid/how smooth your skin is day to day. BTW, magnesium helps increase hyaluronic acid.
As for if using 6 sprays per day is too much I've personally never hit the limit of how much magnesium my body needs ... or at least as much as I can tell. A symptom of too much magnesium is muscle weakness. Anyway, I've gone to triple the dosage for long periods of time and I don't notice anything different than using 10 or 12 sprays so it's just a waste of money. Eventually, you'll get to the point that when you apply it, you won't notice a difference in your body. When you do get to that point, you can reduce how many times per week you use it but this is an individual thing as puremagoil.com mentioned that some people use it daily while others use it a couple times per week to keep a maintenance dosage.
hope this helps
