Question for CS: Empty Question for CS:

Hi CS,

I feel like I need a flush of the system, and I recall you once recommending to use some sort of powerful acid, or something. Only like a drop of it in a glass of water.  What was that substance again, and the protocol you recommended for it?

If I'm not mistaken, it was MMS (not to be confused with MSM). Miracle Mineral Solution: http://miraclemineral.org.

Yes, that is the stuff. However, since that writing which was probably some 5 years ago, other oxidizers are much easier to use.

MMS for example requires an "activator" such as a weak acid for it to work (citric acid or HCL for example).

The dosage is also a little different since the mention some years ago. The half-life of the activity is about one-hour.

So instead of using a large dose, such as 10 drops (activated), which can cause some flu-like symptoms.

It is better to use two drops (activated) into a glass of water on each hour for several hours.

These days, I do not use MMS at all, and now as an oxidizer just stick with a daily routine of MSM powder (without adulterants).

Isn't MMS illegal in the U.S. now, anyway?

Also, what brand of MSM powder are you using, CS? I think I've seen you answer this before but can't remember what you said.

MMS (Chlorine Dioxide) is not illegal. It is "Fear & Death Administration" approved for water purification.

For the MSM: Check out my signature, in the link I have the dosage info also.

Is vitamin C required for mixing it with MSM or is MSM absolutely best taken without any foods/drinks?

I've heard this mix quite often, however never actually tried it myself. So I don't know.

All I know is that in general, a pure sulfur source is quite sensitive to other things.

Question for CS: Empty Re: Question for CS:

I notice my tongue being very clear the next morning if i dissolve a few hundreds mg's of MSM in my mouth and swishing with it as with oil pulling, before flushing it all with water and going to bed. If i miss it a few days in a row, such as a week in a row (lack of supply), the morning mouth worsens quite a bit...

I too don't know what's the deal with vitamin C + MSM combo. I don't notice much things combining it with vitamin C, but i rarely notice anything from MSM. I did get some mild headaches with much higher than recommended dosages back then, but it lasted for minutes until i re-hydrated myself. I do notice boost from b6 while taking it with MSM, but vitamin C is really not showing its contributions in doing something i would call boost or effective treatment.

If headaches arise, it indicates needing more water (with the MSM). It takes the water and converts it into oxygen. Also, MSM can be taken in higher amounts if symptoms occur (normally this is the opposite with other supplements).

In my experience, it provides with with clean oral constitution each morning.

My first attempt at STS was a repeated visit to the bathroom, probably more than I anticipated.

It will strip a lot out. After my experience with it, I decided against the idea of suggesting it. However, it is typically used
intravenously in hemodialysis patients. Besides taking out calcium, it will take out a lot of minerals also. So if it's used, would make sure to supplement back in lost minerals.

Hi CS,

I just received my MMS today, and I used two drops of the MMS solution and two drops of the citric acid solution.  Is that correct? (It says use one of each, so I'm not sure what you meant by two drops.)

And if I am going to do this, how often do you think I should be doing it? Daily? Weekly?

CF - MMS (with the activator) 1 + 1 drops or 2 + 2 drops, the half-life is only 1-hour. So if you feel sick or have a condition you want to treat, would just use either 1 or 2 drops each hour, for as many hours as you wish.

Or let's imagine there is an acute condition, you could literally place a larger amount (both activator and MMS) into a humidifier while sleeping.

Outside of an acute condition, I find using it to be a bit of a hassle because it requires frequent dosing.

I would suggest MSM instead, as it too is an oxidizer.
