Can definitely see a lot more density, regrowth, and thicker hair.

I'm gonna give this a try for a few months and see how I go. Will update this thread with results. I've just done one hair mask for 2 hours with rosemary oil and castor oil. Scalp definitely feels less inflamed. I also added a few drops to my shampoo when I was washing it out.

Though my results might be a little skewed as I will likely be trying out PRP as well soon as many people with diffuse thinning are getting good results with it.

Easy enuff to try. 2 or 3 times a week might be hard to remember compared to a daily regimen. Might have to post reminder signs on the fridge. He also reminds me of raj from the big bang theory lol

I like how he just puts it in his shampoo. Seems really easy. Also does a hair mask a few times a month and ACV rinse, both with rosemary oil in it

You don't wanna put pure rosemary oil on your scalp, rather you need to cut it with a carrier oil or mix with your shampoo. Pure is not good for your scalp and will cause irritation

I tried it a couple days ago and it gave me some brain fog and made me sexually uninterested.

I'm going to try another oil mixture which has rosemary oil as one of the ingredients, but hopefully since it's diluted with other oils, it might not cause such strong side effects.

Really? Maybe you are using too much rosemary oil. I use only 3 drops for a shampoo or hair mask

Maybe drinking rosemary tea might have some hair growth benefits as well

I'm finding it a bit hard applying this rosemary essential oil with just water and shampoo. Too runny and it could get into your eyes. So I bought some mousse styling foam in a can and will put some into a glass and add a few drops of rosemary and apply it with my fingers to the scalp. Hopefully it will stay in place and the foam will just absorb and not run all over like water does. Still hard to remind myself to do this only 2 or 3 times a week. I keep forgetting lol.
